How we handle the information you send us through this website, under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).
Who we are
Compressor Experts (Pty) Ltd, registration K2024666036, of Unit A3, Wadeville Business Park, 3 Sardine Road, Wadeville, Germiston. In this notice, “we” and “us” mean that company.

What we collect
Only what you type into the quote request form on this site:
- Company name and contact name
- Phone number and email address
- Site address or area
- Compressor make, model, serial number and application
- Your description of the fault, the urgency, the services you need and how you prefer to be contacted
The form also carries a hidden anti-spam field. If you fill it in, the submission is discarded. That is its only purpose.
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. The map on the contact page loads from Google only if you click to load it.
Why we collect it
To quote on the work you have asked about, and to contact you about that job. Nothing else. We do not send marketing, and we do not build a mailing list from these submissions.
Who we share it with
Nobody. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not pass it to third parties for their own use. It is handled by the people at Compressor Experts who are quoting or doing the work, and by the service providers who host this website and carry our email on our behalf.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows from it, and after that for as long as the law requires us to keep business records. When neither applies any more, it is deleted.
How it is protected
Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and are accessible only to the people who need them to do the work.
Your rights
Under POPIA you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we are using it. Write to Yeartman Tsakeni at service@compressorexperts.co.za and we will respond.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request, you may complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa).

If this notice changes, the updated version appears on this page.
