Exchange solutions can help contractors restore equipment faster where a suitable refrigeration compressor is available: an exchange unit goes in, and your failed compressor comes to us for assessment and overhaul.
Sometimes waiting for a full overhaul is not a decision the plant can afford. Exchange breaks the dependency: the site gets a working compressor now, and the failed unit is assessed and overhauled on our bench instead of on the critical path.

- Fault symptoms — what it is doing, what tripped, what you have already checked
- Site access — plant room location, floor level, door and stair widths, whether a crane or gantry is needed, site induction requirements
